About This Journal
The Journal of English and Applied Linguistics (JEAL) is a bi-annual open-access journal that seeks to publish high-quality research that addresses debates and current issues in applied linguistics.
It is managed by the De La Salle University Publishing House (DLSUPH) and currently hosted in the Animo Repository as among the publications of De La Salle University. Animo Repository is a part of the Digital Commons Network, which includes over 600 institutions worldwide. Powered by Elsevier, it enhances global reach and discoverability through seamless integration and search engine optimization.
Published bi-annually, JEAL releases issues for June and December of every year.
As part of its open-access policy, JEAL has no embargo period and does not require any form of registration to access any content, especially published content.
All papers are anonymously and rigorously reviewed by two reviewers.
