Abstract/Summary
Job satisfaction is an employee's total assessment and contentment of his job. Importantly, in human resource management, Job satisfaction is also connected with job performance, which has an impact on organizational performance. This descriptive correlational study focused on the relationship and determinants of Job Satisfaction, Job Performance, and demographic profile of the respondents. Random probability sampling technique was assigned to 1048 cooperative worker-members in Caritas Et. Labora Human Resource Service Cooperative as the respondents in this study with ages ranging from 20-64 years. This study seeks to measure the relationship of Job Satisfaction (JSS) by Spector (1994) and Job Performance (IWPQ) by Koopmans (2014) and to determine if Job Satisfaction predicts Job Performance of the respondents. The study found that Job Satisfaction and Job Performance have a negative significant relationship (rpbi= -.097**, p.> 0.002).
