Abstract

The Annual Recognition Program (AARP) was organized by De La Salle University in 1988 to recognized the consistent honor students of the previous academic year. From the first AARP to the twenty-fourth AARP, the use of reply slips was the method of confirmation for the consistent honor students of the previous year. The forms were given to the students and a response by submitting the form back to the officer-in-charge.

In AY2013-2014 AARP, the reply form ceased to be used as a method for attendance confirmation. A new method using Google forms was employed. Under this system, the students were notified through email which made the dissemination of information faster and more efficient. This method also improved the response of the attendees as the response form the students were immediate. Through Google forms, the process of data management has improved tremendously.
