Abstract/Summary
Digital transformation is revolutionizing Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), profoundly impacting employee satisfaction and workplace dynamics. This study investigates the effects of digital transformation at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Digital Maturity Model (DMM) as frameworks. Through a quantitative research design, we assess how digital initiatives affect job satisfaction and workplace relations among faculty members. Our structured survey of faculty perceptions reveals significant improvements in operational efficiency, job satisfaction, and interdepartmental collaboration due to digital tools and platforms. However, challenges such as the need for continuous support and digital infrastructure, along with concerns about reduced face-to-face interaction, highlight areas requiring attention. We recommend ongoing investment in digital tools, professional development, and a balanced hybrid model to maintain community and interpersonal connections. By addressing diverse faculty needs, educational leaders can ensure equitable access to digital transformation's benefits, offering valuable insights into its broader implications for organizational dynamics and employee well-being. This study fills critical gaps in the literature, providing a foundation for future research on digital transformation in education.
