Abstract/Summary

This study draws up a system of development plan for the Sacred Heart Academy of Palo, Leyte for five years from 1978 to 1983. The respondents of the survey were the clientele of the Sacred Heart Seminary and their parents. The instrument used for the survey was an adaptation of the questionnaire developed by the ACUP on the socio-economic status of the parents. For validity, the questionnaire had been pre-tested before it was utilized, in one of the schools in the Diocese of Palo. The data gathered showed that generally, the clientele of the seminary are scions of families who are economically better off than the parents of children schooling in an ordinary high school or college in Region VIII they can therefore be made to participate in the funding of the programs through an increased and maximized collection of the fees of the seminary.
