Abstract/Summary

This is a study on the functions of the principals of three high school seminaries in Region VIII--Pope Paul VI Seminary of Maasin, Southern Leyte Seminario de Jesus Nazareno of Borongan and Sacred Heart Seminary of Palo, Leyte. This inquiry is a descriptive study based on a survey questionnaire prepared by the Educational Management Center. The three schools are analyzed and compared with the Model school along the line of delegation. The inquiry was conducted by the writer through a personal interview with the principals of the schools mentioned. Along the line of delegation of functions, the three schools do not come up to the standard set by the Model.
