Abstract/Summary

This study attempts to compare the organizational structure of the three secondary schools with the organizational model, with the emphasis on the maximization of the delegation of functions of the principal. The writer used interview method in his study with a survey questionnaire. The interview was conducted among the three administrators of the different schools who more or less had six years experience as an administrator. Then, the analysis and interpretation of the data gathered is based on the comparison of the model, with the emphasis of the delegation of functions. The questions raised in the study were : 1) What are the functions of the principals of the three different schools that are delegated? 2) Which of the three principals of the three high schools A, B, and C has maximized delegation of functions?
