Abstract/Summary
Examination period at St. Annes High School was fast approaching. It was the practice at St. Annes to give the final examination of fourth year and the top 15 from the first year and third year, two weeks before graduation, so that the honor students would be known and so that the number of graduates would be determined. In a certain incident, one of the 45 students who took the test went to the principals office and reported that some students were teaching each other and passing answers to the questions during the examination. An inquiry was held. Accused, accusers, witnesses and judges established the truth of the incident. There was, definitely, a cheating incident, and honor students were, also definitely involved. St. Annes High School authorities imposed a just punishment upon the cheaters in accordance with the St. Annes rules and regulations, as approved by the Bureau of Private Schools. The first day of the enrollment for the next school year has come. The principal was disturbed by three students who greeted her. They were the honor students who committed the cheating. They told the principal they would want to be enrolled. Would the principal admit them?
