Abstract/Summary
This project study was undertaken to design a model of delegation wherein the organizational structure of three selected Catholic high schools would be compared with it. A survey questionnaire planned by the Educational Management Center was sent to the principals of Ateneo de Davao High School, St. Peters College of Toril High School Department and to Holy Cross of Davao College High School Department. Specifically, the model developed tries to identify the extent of delegation done by the principals of the three Catholic schools in line with their tasks of planning, decision-making, reporting, and supervision.
