Abstract/Summary
This is an administrative case because the principal of the high school department of Colegio de San Ignacio has to make a serious decision where his credibility as an administrator is at stake. He will either let the dean of the college face the plaintiff, the fiscal, in court for the case of whacking his students, including the son of the fiscal, for having committed truancy, and rally behind him, giving him all the supports needed, material and moral or he would call the fiscal for a conference in his office and try to talk to him by dropping the court case or persuade him to transfer his son to another school for the second semester. In solution to the problem posed in this case, alternative actions were recommended by the writer on the latter part of the paper.
