Abstract/Summary
The thesis aims to give children knowledge on what a healthy lifestyle is by introducing them to healthy food alternatives they would enjoy preparing and eating as well as physical activities through the influence of their parents.
The children's book with a target audience of 6-10 years old (of both genders) is written in English but with illustrations in the Filipino setting. The illustrations are drawn like how a child depicts his day in a diary with solid colors as its background and the cover and back page spread layout being an outer perspective of the home of a family that loves to eat.
