Abstract/Summary

The FUJI XEROX 5080 II is an over-mid volume engineering copier. It will be the first of its kind here in the Philippines. The aim of this plan is to launch the 5080 II into the market. This plan will show how PHILIPPINE FUJI XEROX CORPORATION (PFXC) intends to meet their short-term goal of selling at least three units, medium-term goal of selling average of ten units a year, and their long-term goal of selling an average of 30 units per year. Basically over a five year period the company plans to increase sales of this machine by 300% for every stage of the product life.

To achieve this plan PFXC will push the image of the 5080 II as the ideal engineering copier through its advertising, promotion and sales force. This plan includes hiring a telemarketer to conduct the pre-approach for the Major Accounts Group Officers.

Initial investment for the launching of the 5080 II will amount to P 2,306,397.59.

Evaluation will be done through the Post Installation Surveys (PIS), the General Customer Satisfaction Survey (GCSS) and through quarterly surveys conducted by the Major Accounts Group.
