Abstract/Summary
The study was conducted to find out the challenges of franchisee in Philippine franchise business. The researchers employed case study method and chose Binalot which is an established Filipino fast food restaurant. Five franchisees and an operation manager of franchisor were interviewed. 100 survey questionnaires were given to customer of Binalot to gather feedback on the food and service quality. The study concluded that the major challenges of Binalot franchisee is profitability, marketing, franchise support and communication with franchisor.
