Abstract/Summary
CSI: Manila is a 20 minute documentary which tries to change the Filipinos' notion that the SOCO is incompetent. The low budget allotted to SOCO entails a low salary for the SOCO personnel as well as a limited budget for high-technology equipment's and other tools. This documentary will show how the SOCO division is coping given the third world setting of the Philippines. Given the circumstances, the lack of funds and resources, the SOCO members are still able to use the best of their abilities. They work with whatever means they have in order to do their job.
