Abstract/Executive Summary
Founded in 2025, ÉLEVARE is a fashion accessories business in its early operating stages that aims to strengthen the youth's connection to Filipino identity while aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Organized as a sole proprietorship, the enterprise is managed by its owner, who oversees HR, and three officers handling finance, operations, and marketing, with support from academic mentors and local suppliers. ÉLEVARE addresses a market gap in which local accessories lack both cultural depth and practical utility. It serves consumers who misplace eyewear and essentials, seeking culturally expressive, durable pieces that accommodate these items over mass-produced alternatives. Currently, these individuals must choose between eyeglass holder lanyards or standard enamel brooches found on platforms like Shopee, which often leave puncture marks in fabrics. Solving these pain points, ÉLEVARE offers multifunctional accessories through heritage-driven design, introducing enamel brooches with ring slots to secure essentials. These features fabric-safe magnetic clasps and designs inspired by iconic Filipino symbols, protected by proprietary production molds. This innovation differentiates ÉLEVARE by combining functionality with authentic cultural representation at accessible prices. Marketing efforts—primarily cultural storytelling and product demonstrations on Instagram and TikTok—promote SDGs 4, 14, and 15 to a target market of students and young professionals, resulting in a 148-unit initial bazaar sell-out and 251 total units sold to date. With ₱20,000 in funding equally shared by its members, ÉLEVARE generated ₱29,400 in gross revenue and ₱11,838.86 in net income. The enterprise targets an equal profit distribution to members in July 2026.
