Abstract/Executive Summary

Founded in April 2025, Klíko utilizes the art of 3D printing to address the growing mental health challenges faced by students and young adults. The venture operates in the fidget toy industry and has established its media presence, launching the product at the DLSU SHS ABM Bazaar. Currently, the business is at its product diversification stage, developing the product’s design variety and sound quality. The business focuses on producing locally designed 3D-printed resin clicker keychains, with rights to its branding, logo, and business name. Klíko operates as a sole proprietorship due to its simplicity and minimal legal requirements under the leadership of owner Pauline Ang, supported by four heads: Rhianna Amber Ang, Angelique Pua, Liam Anderson Tiu, and Jeremy Edward Uy, acting in their respective areas of expertise in finance, marketing, human resources, and operations. Key support groups include Babyglider.ph and Zhengshangda Trading Co., Ltd., which provide the manufacturing needed to create the product. The fidget toy industry offers a variety of wellness products designed to relieve stress and support consumers experiencing stress or other mental health challenges. However, the lack of design diversity and the limited use of 3D printing in the market leave Klíko well positioned to address this weakness. While major competitors offer similar clicker keychains, Klíko differentiates itself through its 3D-printed design and detachable keycap, which maximizes the product’s longevity. The venture required a capital of ₱25,000, sourced internally from all members, each contributing ₱5,000, where the profit will be evenly distributed.
