Abstract
After six years of implementing the Civic Welfare Training (CWTS) Program of De La Salle University, the Center for Social Concern and Involvement (COSCA), the office that handles CWTS Program, thought of the importance of conducting an impact evaluation towards a more meaningful partnership of the University and our partner communities. The evaluation sought to a) review partnership of DLSU and its community partner organizations in implementing CWTS program and determine the benefits gained from the partnership; b) assess their capacity to sustain the partnership; and c) come up with recommendations to enhance the partnership and CWTS program implementation.
