Abstract

This paper is a description of the National Service Training Program-Literacy Training Service Program (NSTP-LTS) of the De La Salle University Manila. This paper will attempt to create an overview of the different parts of the LTS program, its history, the frameworks used to craft it, and the training modules used in the implementation of the program. Through studying the LTS program and its components, the researcher was able to better grasp the intricacies and motivations, as well the operational aspects of the LTS program, with the intent of using the gained insight to further the LTS program for the coming school year.
