Abstract/Summary
Cohesion is a kind of centripetal force that enables employees to unite, trust, promote, and work hard. It can improve the morale and spirit of employees, thereby improving work efficiency, corporate strength, and competitiveness. Employees in an enterprise are the core competitiveness. For management cadres or ordinary employees, maintaining a happy mood and good working conditions can only obtain the best results. Only by improving working performance can an enterprise maximize its benefits. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the cohesion of employees. This research aims to take scientific and practical actions to improve the distant interpersonal relationships in the department and enhance the team's cohesion. It is very beneficial for improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. Using first person and second person inquiries, we identified and analyzed the problem of insufficient employee cohesion in the current sector and proposed and implemented some activities. At the same time, we incorporate some theoretical frameworks as the basis for evaluating the results of the activities; the result is that the cohesion of employees in the department has dramatically strengthened. For further research, we must study ways to improve cohesion among different departments or projects.
