Abstract/Summary
The purpose of this study is to examine the continuance intention of the digital transformation in DLSU, specifically with the HR system Ramco, by proposing recommendations according to the response of faculty and staff on the interviews and surveys conducted by the proponent and using archival recordings from the user trainings. The study is anchored to the Technology Continuance Theory.
