Abstract (English)
This study examined the design, implementation, and evaluation of Interactive Learning Modules (ILMs) for Grade 12 students taking Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Regions in a private school in Parañaque. Guided by the ADDIE instructional design model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the research employed a mixed-methods approach to assess pedagogical effectiveness, user acceptance, and challenges encountered during utilization. A needs analysis indicated that students preferred well- organized, multimedia-rich modules that were accessible across devices and promoted engagement through interactive features. In response, the developed ILMs integrated these elements and were implemented over the course of one semester. Quantitative results revealed substantial improvement in academic performance, demonstrated by an increase in formative test averages from 10.08 to 10.89 and a final examination pass rate of 93.55 percent. TAM-based analyses showed high levels of acceptance in perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention, and actual use, with all constructs presenting significant correlations (p < .01). Qualitative findings from thematic analysis highlighted improvements in student motivation, accessibility, and learner autonomy, but also identified challenges related to internet connectivity, content density, and mobile compatibility. Overall, the study concludes that interactive learning modules designed through ADDIE and evaluated using TAM significantly enhance student achievement, technology acceptance, and learning engagement. The study recommends strengthening accessibility features, incorporating offline functionality, and implementing continuous module refinement to meet diverse learning needs and technological conditions.
