Abstract (English)

This business plan outlines the strategic framework for a broiler farm that integrates Climate Controlled Systems (CCS3) technology to enhance operational efficiency and productivity of JCDFarm Corp., a Broiler Contract Grower that works with an Integrator. The farm has three major functions: Operations, Finance and Human Resources. The Operations department focuses on the utilization of CCS3 technology, detailing the key activities and methodologies employed to ensure optimized broiler poultry growth and productivity. The finance section provides a sales projection, offering insights into expected revenue, operational costs, and profit margins, thereby showcasing the farm's potential financial success. The human resources segment emphasizes the development and execution of an internal training program, designed to ensure a skilled workforce, and outlines the process of screening and selecting employees to build a competent and team.

After one year of operation, JCDFarm Corp. successfully operated in CCS3 technology and achieved notable improvements in productivity, operational cost efficiency, and employee performance. Furthermore, the training program enhanced workforce competency, reducing turnover rates and improving overall employee satisfaction. This business plan serves as a blueprint for future growth, demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating advanced technology with sound financial planning and strategic human resource management.
