Abstract (English)
This study aimed to know the innovative practices and their effects on the growth of Yna Czerina's Cuisine, a small-scale restaurant in Baliuag, Bulacan, during the pandemic. Methodologically, the study deployed primary data gathering following a qualitative research design through the case study method. The primary data analysis showed that the adoption of cashless transactions greatly aided the expansion of Yna Czerina's Cuisine. The benefits of utilizing cashless payment, such as its speed, accessibility, and convenience, increased its acceptance and use. The research also demonstrated how E-commerce benefited Yna Czerina's development and operations. Yna Czerina demonstrated that understanding how to promote digitally and do business virtually helped with the current and future operations of the firm. According to internal responses from owners and staff, internet delivery services were a good choice for Yna Czerina's delivery, especially for places that are further away. It was discovered, however, that the company did not offer discounts or promotions since the start of the epidemic. The report also found a wide range of business applications for video conferencing, such as work collaboration, staff updates, client training for distant locations, and rapid communication. A venue for work-related discussion, meetings, planning, and task management is provided through video conferencing, which promotes productive cooperation and successful organizational task management. Regarding hygiene, businesses may improve their customer's overall experience and promote return business by establishing a clean and safe atmosphere. This proved to be true in the case of Yna Czerina since they have a history of customers wanting to buy more from them and using their services repeatedly. According to the study's findings, Yna Czerina's Cuisine has significantly grown due to integrating several innovative practices, including cashless transactions, e-commerce, delivery services, video conferencing, and sanitation and hygiene standards. A company today should concentrate on one invention so that researchers may carefully investigate its implementation, assess its efficacy, and thoroughly understand its influence on business operations. This focused approach offers a more profound comprehension and study of the innovation's benefits, drawbacks, and prospective effects on numerous industries.
