Abstract/Summary
Transformational, transactional, laissez-faire leadership styles, rewards & recognition, and work environment are all factors of employee retention, as seen in the literature review of this research. This research aimed to study the impact of the aforementioned variables towards the employee retention of Reyes Barbecue service crew employees. It was conducted through a mixed method design in which the researchers analyzed through a multiple linear regression model and pattern matching. Through this, the research study revealed that the variables which give the most impact to employee retention of Reyes Barbecue are the transactional and laissez-faire leadership styles.
