Abstract/Summary
Just A Girl aims to portray the complexities of misogyny internalized by women, specifically in the online gaming world. The virtual world of social media and online gaming has become a source of escapism for some. Though for others real life problems have followed them into this virtual world. Despite the anonymity that being online provides there are still instances in which prejudice and misogyny have made its way into the space.
