The seminary is an institution which prepares future leaders of the Church. The future of the Church lies in the seminary and its formation which should be relevant to the needs of the time and attuned to its signs.
The study attempted to assess the impact of formation on the personality traits of the seminarians of the Institute of Formation in St. Frances de Sales' Regional College Seminary of the Archiodiocese of Lipa.
The study will be a valuable contribution to the seminary formation. The findings of this research can contribute to the worldwide effort of upgrading and making relevant the formation of future priests whose charismatic leadership is of vital importance to the growth of the Church.
