In these contexts, this study aims to describe the mental health seeking behavior of university students. Furthermore, the study works towards determining the relationships of help seeking behavior with psychological distress, mental health knowledge and social support. Moreover, the study determines the relationship of help seeking behavior with academic wellbeing. The research conducted the self-administered survey questionnaire to participants who are currently enrolled in the state university in Bataan. This study gathered 600 respondents from the six campus of the university and was able to gather findings that the psychological distress and mental health knowledge did not have a significant relationship to mental health-help seeking behavior of the students and academic wellbeing.
