Abstract/Summary
This study involves a series of tests to determine whether the following factors: convenience, security, privacy, adequacy of safeguards, social acceptability and the legal aspects affect buying behavior of B-C online transactions. It was found that public awareness of Philippine e-commerce laws, socio-economic factors and security issues in e-commerce websites are the major factors that affect the buying behavior of Filipino B-C online consumers.
