Abstract/Summary
This project documentation presents various testing scenarios using Metro Manila numbers with an 8-digit number format. This is in line with the NTC mandated migration to the said number format, due to the decreasing number resources in the Greater Metro Manila area. Test numbers are created for all types of service under the Home Service, which includes regular and trunkline subscribers; and services under the Corporate Service, including SIP Trunk and ISDN PRI. The upgrading of various network elements of the Core Softswitch Network, needed to accommodate new number resources upon migration to 8-digit number format, is also presented here along with its corresponding testing.
