Abstract/Summary
The purpose of this action research is to use a gamification program that will help us, the project team, make our trainees become more motivated and engaged with us throughout the program. Moreover, it is our intent to have a better understanding of what can help us engage with our trainees better so that we can have a future reference for their future immediate superiors once they are finished with the program and deployed to other units. Furthermore, as a member of the organization, I want to see first hand how gamification can be used in a real life work setting.
