Generally, this research project attempts to survey some or the difficulties met by Grade Four pupils in Isabelo de los Reyes Elementary School, Division of City Schools, Manila in the learning of English vowels and consonants.
Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following question: What English vowels and consonants are commonly is pronounced by the Grade Four pupils in Isabelo de los Reyes Elementary School?
