Abstract/Summary

Due to tremendous increase in enrollment during the past years, this study is undertaken to make a five year enrollment and financial projection and its implications on space utilization for La Salette of Cabatuan for 1979-1980 to 1983-1984. The approach used in this paper utilizes the concepts of student flow and regression analysis, which constitutes one of the most up-to-date and satisfactory techniques of enrollment projection available to educational planners -- 2nd work. One device that may be utilized by a school enterprise to promote effective coordination in the school organization, to facilitate the achievement of harmonious working relationships among the administrators and the faculty members and to provide teachers confidence and security in their jobs is the faculty handbook that contains a clear delineation of their roles as teachers and defined policies and procedures affecting them as employees. This project is proposed to serve those purposes. This project attempts to construct a faculty handbook for the teachers and employees of La Salette of Cabatuan. In this particular study, the descriptive method was made use in drawing up a handbook for La Salette of Cabatuan. Needs and survey questionnaires were given to the teachers to find out their actual functions and benefits in the school. Provisions relating to classroom management and long-range objectives of the La Salette school system have been previously printed, are quoted in the prepared handbook. Important information about teachers employment terms, are based on the provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines, the Manual of Regulations of Private Schools, the Magna Carta for Public School Teachers, and other documents from the Ministry of Education and Culture after they have been studied and found relevant to this project study. Evaluation standards are revised and incorporated in this handbook.
