The supply and value chain activities in maritime has always been multifaceted and intricate. With the availability of technology, the delay, inaccuracy, and lapse of business general activities are considered undesirable practice for the company. The goal of this action research is to shorten the inquiry turnaround time of Mashin Shokai Ltd. Manila Office. To effectively identify the root cause of the delay, Fishbone analysis was conducted.
