Abstract/Summary

Effective and efficient Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) could help the team attain the objectives with higher performance and lower cost to make customer success with more benefits higher customer satisfaction and more closed relationship.

This study aims to do an action research on how to complete the full turnkey project between Huawei and PLDT through Supply Chain Collaboration. Observation, Reaction, Judgment and Intervention (ORJI) method is used in journal to keep track of events related to SCC. This research covers the cycle from Coghlan and Brannicks action research. During the 1.5 year, there are several stages of the SCC from unfreeze, movement to refreeze. The project covers project initiation project planning project execution and project closure stages. HUAWEI from China signed the contract with PLDT from Philippines. The successful completion of the turnkey project is because of the supply chain collaboration, which builds the core competitive advantage of HUAWEI. The action research paper also follows the supply chain collaboration framework.

The Best practices discovered in this action research are helpful for me, the team, entire organization and other organizations similar with Huawei.
