This study aims to do an action research on the Record to Report (RTR) teams road to effective management of team change. RTR is one of the work streams or teams of The Hershey Company ROHQ, Global Shared Service (GSS). Observation, Reaction, Judgment and Intervention (ORJI) method is used in journal keeping to keep track of events related to the change. This research covers Cycle 1 of Coghlan and Brannicks spiral of action research. During the year, RTR implemented changes. The change ensued due to the resignation of the General Ledger Accountant based in China.
