Abstract/Summary

Education must respond to the needs and requirements of society it serves. Any changes in society, calls for the corresponding changes in its educational policy and directives. The Revised Secondary Education Program and the Educational Decree of 1972 of the New Society demands a radical change to meet the expectations of the government, parents, students and the community. In conclusion, the administrator and teachers are witness to the educational system to provide adequate services and programs. So in answer to these quests, the writer put this administrative-faculty handbook in writing. This administrative-faculty handbook includes the history of the school, goals, philosophy, objectives, organizational set-up, the roles and functions, faculty and academic staff, faculty personnel policies, human relations, benefits from the SSS, reports and remittance of withholding tax to the BIR, benefits and reports during the school year and evaluation.
