Abstract/Summary

The 13th graduation ceremony of SCA was held. The ceremony was attended by the candidates for graduation with their parents, faculty, guests and students. Claros name was in the lists of graduating students. He and his parents attended the ceremony with all pride and sincerity. Five days after the graduation program, the principal of SCA sent a letter to the parents of Claro, informing them that he could not graduate for he failed in five subjects including conduct. The following day they complained in the office of the principal. Five days after, a summon was received by the School Administrators and the adviser of the fourth year class. The parents of Claro filed a civil case on moral damages against the school authorities. In solution to the problem posed in this case, alternative actions were given by the writer on the latter part of the paper.
