Abstract/Summary
The study is an evaluative study to the administrative policies and procedures of Saint Dominic College of Basco, Batanes. The descriptive part consists of an environmental analysis: pace of economic development and similar trends attributed to the geographical location of the province, and background information about the college, its aims, courses, faculty profile, etc. The evaluative part consists of the review of administrative procedures affecting the faculty members only. Only the general trends are considered in the study, which were obtained by interviews and study of records available.
