Abstract/Summary
The objective of this project paper is to design a functional model of delegation for a high school within a complex which has positive income and whose enrollment is between 500-1,000 students. The primary purpose of this proposed model of delegation is to improve the principals effectiveness and efficiency through delegation and sharing some of his responsibilities with his teachers and staff. Also, the study aims to be able to compare the three schools against the model in terms of delegation structure.
