Abstract/Summary
This case study shows a management problem with the following specific weak points of SFC : 1) no salary scale 2) no clear organizational chart with corresponding job description except as in BPRS Manual 3) The power of the Director is unlimited by the board because of entrustment in titulo proprietatis 4) no fixed criteria for merit promotion 5) objectives not clear and 6) policies not properly disseminated. In solution the problems posed, alternative actions were recommended on the latter part of the paper.
