Abstract/Summary

This is a study on the admission indices scores of the DLSU M.S. Counselor training program to determine to what extent they can predict performance in counselor training as measured by the first semester Grade Point Average (GPA). The research in addition, undertook the study on the group personality profile of three groups of M.S. students and from these findings the researcher has proposed a group dynamics program to enhance the personal growth of counseling trainees.
