This is an interesting time for mining not only in the Philippines but also in the rest of the world. It is my ardent hope that this exercise of developing a strategic vision, setting objectives, crafting strategies, implementing and executing strategies, to evaluating performance and monitoring new developments all tasks of strategic management process, will in one way or another be of use to the men and women of Sagittarius Mines Incorporated.
