Abstract/Summary
The study assessed the effectiveness of the major components of LGU-CSO partnerships as practiced in Angeles City. It attempted to identify the types and modalities of partnerships in the delivery of services by examining the vision, procedures, structures and values that governed the partnering work between the City Government of Angeles and the CSOs.
