B2BPRICENOW.COM, INC. was incorporated in the Philippines on June 28, 2000 and is primarily engaged in the business of collating and providing information via electronic medium (internet) in aid of the buying, selling, distributing of wholesale and retail of all kinds of goods, commodities, products, and merchandise of every kind and description so far as may be permitted by law.

B2bpricenow.com is an electronic marketplace site as a venue where farmers could market and trade their products more efficiently and at the most competitive price. In the Philippines, where farmers, located around 7,100 islands, have difficulty on getting reliable information on how much supply is out there and what the going prices are.

An environment scan using Porters Five Forces Analysis revealed the following potential effects of macroenvironment change to the industry.
