Abstract/Summary
This paper aims to identify the present strategies undertaken by FCB Realty Corporation (The name of the Company and all of its major participants have been changed upon the request of the Management.) in the following areas: Marketing, Production, Finance and Human Resources, and to present a proposed program of action for the next fiscal period as of the date of this report. It also serves to describe its position in the industry, and to come up with the appropriate recommendations to determine areas in the corporation that can be improved to further enhance its efficiency and its corporate mission. For purposes of this study, the Five Forces framework of Michael Porter is used to evaluate the industry where the subject Company came from, and the Value Chain is utilized to describe the various operations within the company structure. It is hoped that the findings in this paper will determine the direction the company must take in order to maximize its competitive advantage.
