Abstract/Summary

This paper deals with a firm that has gained recognition among its rivals. The vigor infused by the owners since 1989 enabled the entity to reach more heights and likewise encounter new challenges. The personal and corporate values that nurtured the then small organization surely helped in bringing these achievements. But as the organization grows, old structures and some practices may no longer bring as much results as when the company was still small. The expanded organization needs to have an established planning process. Formal communication is necessary. Other tasks of top management requires to be delegated to middle line officers. New technologies in deposit services and information management are indispensable. Competition and new business opportunities push the bank to acquire the capabilities to offer more financial services. Public or foreign investors can be invited to contribute the resources demanded for laying another chapter of growth of the bank.
