Abstract/Summary
This study develops an administrative handbook for the Asian Development Foundation College (ADFC). Specifically, the researcher describes the organizational structure of the school as well as spell out the duties and functions of the administrative staff of ADFC.The study made use of the descriptive-developmental research design which consisted of describing data gathered from a survey. Checklist results and documentary analysis provided the researcher with data on the roles and functions of each member of the administrative staff.Based on the findings, the study concluded that there is a need for a written administrative handbook that spells out the duties and functions of the administrators and other non-teaching staff of ADFC.The following recommendations are forwarded: the proposed administrative handbook should be presented first to all the administrators of the school for feedback and final revision and, revisions of the handbook should be made at least every after two years.
