Abstract/Summary
Italianni's utilizes a Server's Training Manual to train servers regarding the correct standards of service. However, the group learned that the manual does not give the servers adequate information regarding the standard method of service.
The manual is inadequate because there are instructions taught in training that have not yet been added and overall it is only text, therefore, it cannot illustrate visual aspects, which leads to trainers in each branch instructing servers without visual examples. As a result, the group overhauled the manual by incorporating images and updating its contents for servers to have a complete reference tool.
