Abstract/Summary
This Public Relations Plan thesis is for the Philippine Federation of the Deaf, the national organization of the deaf. After a communication audit on the organization, it was found that the organization did not practice external relations, an important component of any organization's attempt at success. Educational institutions for the deaf, the government, and PFD's member organizations were identified as the target publics for this communication program.
The Strategic Public Relations Model combined with a non-variable approach to identifying publics and the Macro Model for Evaluation were used in the process of coming up with the PR plan.
