Abstract/Summary
To develop an on line Automated Telemetric Statistical Process Control System that would enable temperature monitoring and automatic shutdown of the Kulicke and Soffa 1484/1488 LXQ Wire Bonders in the INTEL TSOP line from a specific point outside the clean area with the use of a Personal Computer or a dedicated computer and associated interfaces such as multiplexers and demultiplexers.
